Do you offer services to new businesses, or do I already have to be established?

We offer our services to new clients who have a drive to improve their position. This means, you can be a brand new start up business or one that is already well established!

Do you offer virtual meetings?

Our preference is to meet with you in whatever way is most convenient for you. We offer meetings online, via telephone, at your premises or in our offices.

Why do a budget? I never stick to it anyway.

Sometimes we've found in the past, that it's the terminology that is the issue. Don't think of it as a budget! Think of it instead as mapping out where your money is currently going. It's a guide, something to aim for. Next step is to create your vision of where you want it to go instead, and what your business needs to earn to achieve it.

What is my margin?

Simple question - however commonly mis-understood. The reason is it depends on which way you're looking at this from. Your margin could be the mark up you apply to the cost of a product, or your margin could be what you keep after selling a product. Both would be correct, but you might find the answer will be different. It will also depend on if you're talking dollars or percentages.
